You Could SO Pull This Off!
Think about it. Just get a cupcake holder or stand, then either make them yourself or ask someone else to do so…have them mix the frosting colors together using food dye, and then add to the top of each colored fake flowers which you could get from any craft store! SOOOO adorable!!!!

Ribbon To The Rescue!!!
So your dress has turquois from Da Vinci. But you love the dresses at David’s Bridal. However the turquois at David’s Bridal is off from Da Vinci? No biggie!
Why not have your girls wear headbands or jewelry in the color that matches best to the sash on your wedding dress?
For example, take your swatch to a craft store, find turquois ribbon that is very similar, and wrap & glue onto headbands for your girls to wear along with their black dresses?
Or, take that same ribbon and have them use that as the sash! Still want to bring in more turquoise? Have your girls wear jewelry that matches.
There are several ways to bring in that color, and get it pretty close, without having to purchase it at a bridal store.

The Colors Really Do Work Well Together!
While browsing one of my new favorite blogs, The Bride’s Cafe, I stumbled across these oh-so-pretty pictures of hers!
Check out the colors, the pinks, oranges, and yellows truly do work so well with the turquoise accents! The bridesmaids wore orange dresses with pink sashes, and the flower girls wore dresses in turquoise.

What a creative idea…add just a tad of color to your aisle runner by either painting it or adding ribbon. Cool!

While many brides focus mainly on table decor, why not draw guests’ focus up by decorating the ceiling too? I really adore these paper lantern lights, don’t you? They can add such a soft glow to any event!

Ok, Sister! I think we need to make a trip to the craft store, buy some wooden letters, paint them & decorate them with crystal beads or something…then buy some fabric to put under the cake. The day of, throw some petals.
We can achieve this look in no time! I’m on it. Just let me know which colors! lol Man…I should start working at the craft store to get us some discounts, huh! lol
